ANTXRP / YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy policy
Updated October 3, 2026
Austin Texas Roleplay is an independent ER:LC community. This policy explains the information used by our website, verification system, store, support tickets, and Discord applications, including Austin Texas Watch and Austin Texas Management Bot. Contact ANTXRP Management at privacy@antxrp.link or through the official support/ticket system in our Discord server with privacy questions or data requests.
Verification information
When you connect your accounts, we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar reference, and server nickname; your Roblox user ID, username, display name, profile link, and account creation time when provided; and the time and result of verification. We store the account information and role assignment status so staff can manage verification and community access.
How verification works
Discord and Roblox handle their own sign-in pages. We use their authorization responses to confirm your accounts, check Discord server membership, assign roles, and set your server nickname if that feature is enabled. We do not ask for your Discord or Roblox password. We do not store OAuth access or refresh tokens after verification. Temporary, signed cookies keep the verification steps together and expire after a short period.
Store and site information
Stripe handles payment details on its checkout pages. We do not receive your full card number. Stripe may collect your contact and billing information, and staff can see order details needed to fulfill purchases, including the Discord username entered at checkout, the item, payment status, and transaction information. The site also uses temporary staff sign-in cookies and may keep a new-member checklist in your browser’s local storage. Hosting and security systems may process routine connection details such as an IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the site.
Austin Texas Watch
Austin Texas Watch is a separate Discord security and abuse-prevention bot used by ANTXRP. It may process information available to it in ANTXRP for moderation, spam and raid detection, scam or malicious-link detection, abuse prevention, ticket/security context, incident investigation, server protection, and staff security review.
Depending on the enabled feature and the bot’s Discord permissions, relevant information may include:
- Discord user ID, username, display name, account creation date, ANTXRP join date, roles, and verification status.
- Messages, links, attachments, and media posted inside ANTXRP, with relevant message or activity metadata, when required for moderation or security.
- Join and leave events, rejoin history, moderation/security signals, incident records, staff security actions, and limited staff security notes needed for legitimate moderation or security work.
These are security and moderation records used for server safety. The information available to Watch depends on Discord’s APIs, bot permissions, and enabled features; this list does not mean every category is collected from every member.
Limits on Watch data collection
Watch is not designed to collect passwords, Discord login credentials, IP addresses, device fingerprints, precise physical location, hidden mutual servers, private account information unavailable to the bot, or private messages outside ANTXRP. It does not require real-world identity information; an appropriate ANTXRP feature may receive information you voluntarily submit. Website connection information described above is separate from Watch’s Discord moderation data.
Members should not post or submit unnecessary sensitive personal information. This includes passwords, login tokens, full payment card details, health information, or government identification. If you voluntarily include sensitive information in a message, attachment, or ticket, ANTXRP may receive it; contact Management if it needs to be removed.
Automated moderation and security
ANTXRP may use automated systems to assist moderation and security. Detections can be wrong, and a security signal does not automatically mean someone has done something wrong. Higher-risk or ambiguous cases may be reviewed by authorized staff; human review is not guaranteed for every automated action. You can raise concerns about a detection or moderation action through the official support/ticket system.
A default avatar, unusual username, new Discord account, no messages, or not-yet-verified status is not proof of wrongdoing. Such characteristics are contextual security signals only when considered alongside actual suspicious activity in ANTXRP.
Watch is not intended to determine a member’s real-world identity, personality, political views, religion, health, financial status, physical location, or relationships outside ANTXRP.
Management Bot and support tickets
Austin Texas Management Bot supports community management, support tickets, and related staff workflows. These features may process Discord account details, roles, information you submit, ticket messages and attachments, ticket status or transcripts, and relevant staff actions. Authorized staff use this information to respond to requests, manage community operations, and handle moderation or security issues.
How we use and share it
We use information to verify members, assign roles, manage the community, fulfill purchases, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and keep the site working. Authorized staff can access verification records and the ticket, moderation, or security information needed for their work. Discord and Roblox receive the requests needed for sign-in and role or nickname changes; Stripe processes checkout; and our hosting provider processes site traffic and storage. Providers supporting enabled bot features may process the limited information needed to operate those features. We do not sell member verification data or Discord data collected by our bots, or use it for targeted advertising.
Discord API data is shared only with service providers needed to operate our applications, when required by law, or when a user expressly directs permitted sharing. Processing remains subject to applicable platform requirements and law.
OpenAI and enabled security features
Austin Texas Watch may later use the OpenAI API for selected moderation or security analysis. When an enabled feature requires it, certain relevant content, such as message excerpts, links, attachments, or necessary context, may be transmitted to that provider. We limit what is sent to the information needed for the feature’s stated security purpose.
OpenAI’s API data documentation states that API data is not used to train its models by default unless the API customer opts in. ANTXRP does not intentionally opt Discord message content into model-training data sharing. OpenAI may retain some API data for abuse monitoring or to support particular features; provider retention depends on the enabled services, settings, and provider terms.
Retention and security
Verification records are kept while reasonably needed for membership, moderation, and security. Order records may be retained for payment, disputes, and legal obligations. Ticket, moderation, and security data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for its operational, moderation, security, dispute, or abuse-prevention purpose. Resolved or unnecessary information is deleted when it is no longer needed. Serious incident records may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for server safety or dispute handling, subject to the deletion requirements below.
Retention varies by data type and purpose. Routine information may be removed under retention schedules where implemented. We do not currently promise an automatic deletion date. For Discord API data, we promptly correct records on a verified request and promptly delete them when requested by the user or Discord, when no longer needed for the application’s permitted functionality, when the application stops operating, or when law requires deletion, except where law requires retention.
We restrict management access and use signed, secure cookies, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Access to moderation and security data is limited to authorized personnel and systems for their legitimate work. Bot tokens and API keys are private credentials and must be kept confidential. We take reasonable steps to protect stored information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Your choices
You can stop verification before completing it. You can clear the local checklist through your browser’s site storage. Removing a verification record may remove related server access.
Privacy, correction, and deletion requests
For privacy questions, questions about stored Discord data, access requests, correction requests, or deletion requests, contact Austin Texas Roleplay Management at privacy@antxrp.link or through the official ANTXRP support/ticket system in our Discord server. Email is available if you have left the server, were removed or banned, cannot open a ticket, or otherwise cannot access Discord support.
We may need to verify that you control the Discord account connected to the information before acting on a request. We will not ask you for passwords, login tokens, authentication codes, or recovery codes. Requests will be reviewed and handled promptly in accordance with applicable platform requirements and law. Information that law requires us to retain may be kept for that requirement.
If stored information is deleted and you continue using ANTXRP, our bots may process new server activity when necessary for normal moderation or security functions. Discord, Roblox, Stripe, and other providers separately control information they hold under their own policies; we can act on information within ANTXRP’s control.
Age requirements
This service is intended for members who meet Discord’s and Roblox’s applicable minimum ages. We do not knowingly invite children under 13 to verify or purchase. If you believe a child who does not meet those requirements has provided information to us, contact staff so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Updates
We may revise this policy when our practices change. The date above shows the latest version. Discord, Roblox, and Stripe each have their own privacy policies for information they collect on their services. OpenAI’s policies apply to any enabled OpenAI processing.
