Terms of service

These terms cover the Austin Texas Roleplay website, our Discord community, account verification, and the items sold in our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to follow these terms and our community rules.
Who can use the site
You must meet Discord’s and Roblox’s minimum age requirements and any higher age requirement where you live. If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian before making a purchase. Do not use someone else’s account or payment method without permission.
Verification and community access
Verification connects the Discord and Roblox accounts you control. Our bot checks server membership, assigns the Verified role and other configured roles, and may change your Discord server nickname to include your Roblox username. You may be asked to verify again if your accounts or our systems change. A Verified role does not guarantee access to every department, session, or channel.
Conduct and moderation
Follow our Discord, in-game, and department rules as well as the rules of Discord and Roblox. Do not impersonate others, evade moderation, interfere with the site or bot, or use purchased perks to harass, scam, or disrupt members. Staff may remove content, restrict accounts, or revoke a community role for rule violations. A paid role does not grant immunity from moderation.
Store orders
Store prices are shown in USD before any applicable tax. Purchases are one-time; we do not offer subscriptions. Stripe handles checkout and payment. Use the correct Discord username so staff can identify and fulfill your order. Each listing describes what you receive and, where relevant, how long it lasts. Purchases on this site are for Discord community features and services; they do not sell Roblox items, game access, or in-game advantages.
Delivery, ads, and refunds
Staff delivers purchased roles, channels, and advertisements in Discord after confirming payment and the order details. Delivery is handled manually and may take time. Advertisements require staff approval and must follow our rules and the relevant platform rules. If we cannot fulfill an order or reject a proposed ad before posting it, contact us for a refund. Once a listed service has been delivered, refunds are generally unavailable except where required by law or Stripe’s rules. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Supporter roles and availability
“Permanent” supporter roles have no scheduled expiration while the community remains active and your account remains eligible. They may be removed for serious rule violations or misuse of perks. Discord, Roblox, ER:LC, and our own systems can change or become unavailable; we cannot promise uninterrupted access to a platform or a specific server feature. If we permanently stop providing an undelivered paid item, contact staff about a refund.
Your submitted content
If you submit an ad or other material for publication, you confirm that you have permission to use it and that it follows our rules. You give ANTXRP permission to format and display that material in the community for the purchased placement. You keep ownership of your own material. We may decline or remove content that violates rules, rights, or safety standards.
Independent community
ANTXRP is independently run. It is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Roblox, Discord, the creators of ER:LC, or the City of Austin. Their services have their own terms and policies.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the community and store change. The updated date above shows the latest version. Changes apply going forward; they do not remove rights you already have from a completed purchase. For order issues, data requests, or questions, contact ANTXRP staff through our Discord server.
